Step into a 5-day dance immersion designed to awaken your body, spirit, and creative expression. This intimate experience with Danielle blends daily movement practices, soulful connection, and personalized guidance—set against the stunning red rocks of Sedona.

Here’s what’s included in your 5-day journey:

2 Guided Ecstatic Dance in Nature – We will hike to a beautiful location and enjoy a powerful movement meditation outdoors, led by Danielle’s vocal prompts to support you in opening, releasing, and expressing freely. (2hrs per session, including the hike)

3 Private Studio Sessions – One-on-one time with Danielle to create a unique dance choreographed and tailored specifically to your body and story. (1hr per session)

Bring your group together for a guided ecstatic dance on the land, using wireless headsets for a fully immersive sound and movement experience in nature. Perfect for retreats, celebrations, or team gatherings, this offering opens the space for connection and freedom through dance while honoring others around us by using the silent sound experience headphones.
